Parcel Tracking

We work with our trusted delivery partners, Yodel and DPD, to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.

You'll receive a tracking number by email or text message after 6pm on the day your order is dispatched. You can then use this number to track your parcel directly through the delivery partner's website or app.

If your parcel is being delivered by Yodel, you can track and manage it easily using the Yodel app. You'll receive a two-hour delivery window, real-time updates, and a delivery photo sent straight to your device. You can also set a safe place, nominate a neighbour, or arrange a return - all in one place.

If your parcel is being delivered by DPD, we recommend downloading the DPD app. The app automatically syncs with your mobile number, so there's no need to enter a tracking code manually. You'll be able to track the delivery van in real time (like Uber) and get a clear estimate of when your parcel will arrive.
